All individually cut and packed by our local butcher. Each pack contains approx 225g of lambs liver, (this may sometimes be left whole ready to slice as needed)
 
Our lamb is as natural as it gets, using the wonderful Lleyn breed of sheep we are able to raise our animals on 100% grass diet and allow them to graze all year round.  Unlike traditional 'spring lamb', our meat boxes and cuts are all slow grown hogget meaning more meat and more flavour!
 
These will be available for collection from the farm approx 20 mins west of Gloucester or via our postage delivery service.
 
All orders are packaged frozen.
